Role Summary: The role involves handling customer queries and complaints, managing customer enquiries, maintaining store display standards, and following the sales process with excellent communication and service quality.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell luxury timepieces to customers.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Create and expand a network of loyal customers.</li><li>Attend and support company events and promotional activities.</li><li>Contribute actively to achieving the boutique&rsquo;s sales targets.</li><li>Maintain housekeeping, operational, and customer service standards within the store.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline.</li><li>Prior experience in sales, preferably in a related field, is an advantage. Freshers may also apply if they meet other criteria.</li><li>Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Agility and flexibility in handling complex challenges.</li><li>Energetic, self-motivated, open-minded, and result-driven.</li><li>Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Well-groomed, well-mannered, and professional appearance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary: To efficiently ensure the timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards and achieving customer satisfaction.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as a liaison between the store and brand for all service-related issues.</li><li>Receive service watches from stores and escalate concerns to the respective brands.</li><li>Record and update service details in the system for tracking and escalation.</li><li>Follow up with brands to ensure timely completion of pending services.</li><li>Assist the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in maintaining the customer database.</li><li>Coordinate and manage logistics for the transfer of service watches.</li><li>Prepare and submit daily work reports to the Service Manager.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation</li><li>Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
