</b></h4><p>We&rsquo;re seeking motivated graduates in science, chemistry, engineering, or safety disciplines to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients in managing risks at commercial buildings, industrial sites and major retail facilities to protect both property and human health.</p>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About the Role
</b></h4><p>Prensa has a unique hybrid offer for graduates willing to learn a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, making each day varied. Successful candidates will have strong interpersonal skills and will be expected to quickly understand and apply technical concepts related to NATA laboratory methods, Australian/International Standards guidance materials. The role is designed to transition technical analysts from the laboratory environment to a field-based HSE consulting role. Initially, training will involve working in Prensa&rsquo;s NATA-accredited laboratory for a period of time, after which you will receive training to support your move into the field and a broader consulting role. During your time in the laboratory, you will perform some of the following tasks (but not limited to):</p>
<div><div><ul><li>Bulk asbestos material testing;</li>
<li>Asbestos fibre counting;</li>
<li>Scientific reporting of analytical results;</li>
<li>Equipment calibrations;</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintenance of laboratory assets;</li>
<li>Tracking and ordering of lab supplies; and</li>
<li>Providing general office support, including document management, data entry and coordination with consulting teams</li>

</b></h4><div><div><ul><li>Have graduated within the last 5 years;</li>
<li>Hold a valid driver&rsquo;s licence;</li>
<li>Have access to a private vehicle;</li>
<li>Have the capacity to travel within Australia;</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li>Be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident;</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;</li>
<li>Have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree; and</li>
<li>Be available to commence employment in May 2026</li>

</b></h4><p></p><p>The role will be based in our Hobart office during the initial training and onboarding period to ensure a strong foundation in laboratory and consulting practices. As graduates become fully trained and autonomous, opportunities will be available to support and work from the Launceston region as part of your longer-term development.</p>
