Prenuvo is seeking a Sr. People &amp; Culture Business Partner dedicated to providing both tactical and strategic HR support across our Prenuvo Clinics organization, which represents more than half of the total workforce and is the largest, most complex segment of the company. This role is critical in driving organizational alignment, supporting clinic operators, and partnering closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), his leadership team, and the broader People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) team.

What You'll Do

Strategic Partnering &amp; Advisory
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and clinic leadership, providing counsel on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.</li>
<li>Translate business priorities into people strategies that drive clinic performance, patient experience, and organizational growth.</li>
</ul>
Workforce Planning &amp; Organizational Design
<ul>
<li>Lead workforce planning for over 50% of Prenuvo's global workforce, ensuring alignment of staffing models with clinical demand and growth projections.</li>
<li>Partner with FP&amp;A and Operations to forecast headcount, optimize resource allocation, and support long‑term scalability.</li>
</ul>
Employee Relations &amp; Compliance
<ul>
<li>Oversee complex employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions (USA, Canada, Australia, UK), ensuring consistent, legally compliant, and culturally sensitive resolutions.</li>
<li>Proactively identify risk areas and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational integrity.</li>
</ul>
Performance &amp; Talent Management
<ul>
<li>Support leaders/managers in sound and compliant performance management practices, in alignment with the organization's performance management framework, that link clinical outcomes and organizational goals to individual accountability.</li>
<li>Partner with leaders to identify high‑potential talent, create succession plans, and drive career development pathways across diverse employee groups.</li>
<li>Partner with the CMO, Chief of Staff, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that senior clinical leaders have a clearly articulated and well-balanced portfolio of initiatives that is well aligned with their role and Clinics strategy, andthat they are supported in developing the leadership skills necessary to be successful in their roles and execute on their initiatives.</li>
<li>Partners with managers and senior leaders to ensure that all Clinics employees understand the work for which they are accountable and how this relates to group goals, individual goals, and the annual performance management review process.

<li>Drive manager capability through training, coaching, and ongoing support, recognizing that managers are critical to engagement and productivity.</li>
<li>Champion leadership development programs that strengthen clinic leaders' ability to lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams.</li>
</ul>
Change Management &amp; Culture Building
<ul>
<li>Lead P&amp;C initiatives that reinforce Prenuvo's preventive health mission, embedding cultural values into clinic operations.</li>
<li>Support organizational transitions (e.g., contractor to full‑time workforce shifts) with clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and employee engagement strategies.</li>
</ul>
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Partner closely with HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, and other P&amp;C Business Partners to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end people solutions.</li>
<li>Act as the connective tissue between clinics and corporate functions, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution excellence.</li>

We are looking for Preventive Medicine Physicians to support our worldwide network of clinics we are building the preventative health system of the future. As part of this effort, we are seeking an innovative and dynamic physician executive to fill a 3 month contract role as a Preventive Medicine Physician. This role will involve clinical duties, patient education, and the advancement of a proactive health model.

The ideal candidate will have an M.D. or D.O. degree; 5+ years of clinical experience in primary care with an emphasis on measures and protocols related to prevention and reversal of disease; high tolerance for ambiguity with prior healthcare start-up experience preferred; a passion for building new things at the forefront of medicine.

Our Preventive Medicine Physicians must have active medical licenses and malpractice in states where our patients are located at the time of their consultation, or be willing to perform urgent consultations for patients anywhere in the US regardless of license compatibility based on educational language parameters, (&quot;results review,&quot; not &quot;practicing of medicine.&quot;).

Emphasis for hiring will be on non-traditional hours (before/after business hours and weekends).

What You'll Do

<li>Conduct telehealth consults with patients following their Prenuvo scan, providing insight and guidance on their imaging results and preventive health strategies.</li>
<li>Educate patients on lifestyle interventions, early disease detection, and health optimization strategies based on imaging findings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with radiologists and other specialists to enhance the patient journey from screening to actionable preventive care.</li>
<li>Engage with developing clinical practices that may be ever-evolving to meet the needs of our mission to transform healthcare from reactive to proactive</li>
<li>Adopt and master new technologies and resources to give our patients further insight into their health</li>
<li>Work across multiple medical disciplines to better define and standardize the Prenuvo model of preventative care across our network.</li>
</ul>
What You'll Bring
<ul>
<li>An M.D. or D.O. from an accredited US Medical School or a domestic or international equivalent</li>
<li>Must be licensed to practice medicine in the US and board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.</li>
<li>At least 5 years of clinical experience in primary care, integrative medicine, or preventative medicine.</li>
<li>Experience delivering personalized preventive care, including lifestyle medicine and risk-based disease prevention.</li>
<li>Strong telehealth experience and comfort with virtual patient consultations.</li>
<li>The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Applications, electronic medical records (EMR), and other healthcare IT systems.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a rapid-growth environment.
