Job Title: CNC Machine OperatorJob Location: Prepac Engineering Industries (Pvt) Ltd.LahoreJob Type: Full-TimeReports To: CNC Machine Operator / Production SupervisorJob Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CNC Machine Operator to support the CNC Machine Operator in daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in machine setup, material loading/unloading, basic maintenance, and ensuring smooth production flow in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist CNC Operator in setting up and operating CNC machines.</li><li>Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from machines.</li><li>Clean and maintain machines and work area to ensure proper functioning.</li><li>Monitor machine performance and inform operator or supervisor of any irregularities.</li><li>Measure and inspect materials to ensure they meet quality standards.</li><li>Help in basic machine maintenance and lubrication tasks.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Maintain proper records of work performed and materials used.</li><li>Assist in packing and organizing finished goods.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in a factory or machine shop environment is a plus.</li><li>Basic knowledge of manufacturing or mechanical processes.</li><li>Ability to read measurements using basic tools like calipers, rulers, etc.</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials if required.</li><li>Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.</li><li>Ability to work under supervision and in a team.</li><li>Willing to work in shifts and in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Safety training certification (preferred)</li><li>Forklift or crane operating skills (optional)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
