Production Coordination<ul><li>Assist in planning daily production schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with production teams to ensure targets are met on time.</li><li>Track garment production progress and report delays or issues.</li><li>Ensure materials and resources are available for production runs.</li></ul>2. Quality Control Support<ul><li>Conduct basic quality checks at different stages of production.</li><li>Report defects and follow up on corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain quality records and documentation.</li></ul>3. Inventory &amp; Material Handling<ul><li>Monitor stock levels of raw materials, trims, and finished garments.</li><li>Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing materials.</li><li>Support the inventory team in stock counting and reconciliation.</li></ul>4. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare production reports, daily logs, and operation summaries.</li><li>Maintain files for work orders, delivery notes, inspection reports.</li><li>Assist with documentation required for audits and compliance.</li></ul>5. Communication<ul><li>Coordinate between design, production, QA, and logistics teams.</li><li>Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.</li><li>Follow up with stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks.</li></ul>6. Delivery &amp; Logistics Support<ul><li>Assist in planning dispatch schedules and delivery assignments.</li><li>Support the logistics team to ensure timely shipment of garments.</li><li>Maintain records of dispatch and delivery confirmations.</li></ul>7. Workplace Safety &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to safety protocols on the shop floor.</li><li>Promote cleanliness and efficient workflow practices.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Apparel Production, Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Business Operations, or related field.</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;2 years in garment operations, manufacturing, or production environment (preferred but not mandatory).</li><li>Skills Required:</li><li>Basic understanding of garment production processes.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory and quality control practices.</li><li>MS Office (Excel, Word) proficiency.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
