This role blends digital marketing execution with hands-on video production and editing for our client&rsquo;s podcast, supporting physician recruitment, brand visibility, and client engagement.The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across video, podcast, web, and social platforms in a healthcare environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing &amp; Brand Support<ul><li>Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with company goals</li><li>Maintain brand consistency across all digital and visual assets</li><li>Conduct basic market research to support brand growth and outreach strategies</li><li>Support new business development and physician recruitment initiatives through digital content</li></ul>Video Production &amp; Videography<ul><li>Plan, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form video content for:</li><li>Podcast</li><li>Website</li><li>Social media</li><li>Recruiting and physician-facing materials</li><li>Internal communications</li><li>Edit video content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)</li><li>Manage post-production tasks including basic color correction, sound editing, and formatting for multiple platforms</li><li>Organize and maintain video and digital media files</li><li>Podcast content</li></ul>Website &amp; Content Management<ul><li>Update and maintain company website using WordPress</li><li>Support SEO optimization efforts, including metadata, blog formatting, and basic keyword implementation</li><li>Create and edit blog, podcast, and multimedia content</li><li>Supports marketing team to ensure the website content remains current, accurate, and visually consistent</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Communications<ul><li>Maintain appropriate and professional social media presence across platforms</li><li>Create social media posts, graphics, and short video content</li><li>Assist with campaign tracking and performance reporting</li></ul>Qualifications Required<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or content creation</li><li>Demonstrated experience with videography and video editing</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress and basic SEO principles</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment</li><li>Sample writing samples or equivalent</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience in healthcare, medical services, or professional services marketing</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)</li><li>Basic photography and image editing experience</li><li>Experience supporting recruiting or employer branding initiatives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,518.45 - $72,635.12 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
