We are supporting a leader in ERP-agnostic advisory services, in identifying a Senior ERP Manager with deep expertise in enterprise-scale digital transformation, multi-system integration, and C-suite advisory. This role is designed exclusively for senior professionals who have owned, led, and delivered complex ERP initiative assessments across multiple business units and geographies. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on accountability for ERP outcomes&mdash;not simply participation. This role is Remote | 25&ndash;35% Travel ABOUT THE ROLEThe Senior ERP Manager operates as a senior strategic advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and global executive teams, managing multiple concurrent clients and projects involving full life-cycle ERP selection, transformation, and implementation.This role requires:<ul><li>Superior business acumen - (finance, manufacturing operations, supply chain, global controls)</li><li>Deep ERP domain master - (Tier I/Tier II systems, cross-module functionality, multi-ledger, multi-location)</li><li>Proven complex program delivery - (High-risk projects, escalations, large-scale integrations, global rollouts)</li><li>Exceptional leadership under pressure - (Executive presentations, conflict resolution, risk mitigation, and negotiation)</li><li>This is a high accountability, high visibility role with intense client-facing expectations.</li></ul>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESERP Strategy, Advisory &amp; Executive Leadership<ul><li>Serve as the primary executive-facing advisor for ERP transformation, digital strategy, and operational modernization.Lead multiple enterprise clients simultaneously&mdash;balancing high-stakes milestones, budgets, and escalations.</li><li>Translate complex business requirements into ERP architecture decisions across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business Assessment/Operations.</li><li>Deliver board-level communication, status updates, risk matrices, and C-suite decision frameworks.</li></ul>ERP Software Selection<ul><li>Lead full selection cycles using structured, vendor-agnostic methodologies:</li><li>Requirements development</li><li>Fit-gap scoring</li><li>Vendor evaluation</li><li>RFP/RFI cycles</li><li>Demos and script management</li><li>Contract negotiation</li><li>Evaluate both Cloud and On-Prem ERP platforms.</li><li>Lead scenario modeling, TCO analysis, and ROI justification.</li><li>Extensive manufacturing and supply chain implementation experience</li><li>Senior Level experience in Assessment/Selection.</li></ul>ERP Implementation Leadership<ul><li>Direct multi-disciplinary teams across business process, technical, functional, and data workstreams.</li><li>Establish PMO governance, stage gates, RAID logs, steering committee management, and change control.</li><li>Ensure alignment between ERP design, enterprise architecture, and operational policies.</li><li>Oversee integrations, conversions, UAT, training, and hypercare readiness.</li><li>Lead global rollouts across regions such as US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.</li></ul>Business Process Optimization<ul><li>Conduct deep-dive process mapping across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Asset Management.</li><li>Recommend standardized processes, internal controls, governance frameworks, and KPI dashboards.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement projects and digital acceleration efforts.</li></ul>Team &amp; Practice Leadership<ul><li>Mentor internal consultants, business analysts, and technical staff.</li><li>Develop methodologies, playbooks, templates, and best practices.</li><li>Support practice growth, sales pursuits, and scoping.</li></ul>Financial, Operational &amp; Risk Oversight<ul><li>Manage multi-million dollar project budgets.</li><li>Conduct risk modeling and mitigation planning.</li><li>Support clients through acquisitions, divestitures, and major structural reorganizations.</li><li>Analyze and optimize TCO for enterprise systems.</li></ul>Experience Requirements &#10004; 10+ years combined experience in Finance, Operations, or ERP Consulting&#10004; 8+ years in ERP consulting with direct client ownership&#10004; Led at least 2 full-cycle Tier I/Tier II ERP implementations (no exceptions)&#10004; Experience managing 2+ concurrent ERP clients&#10004; Proven delivery with at least one of the following systems: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite&#10004; Background as former CFO, Controller, Director of Operations, VP Supply Chain, or similar strongly preferred&#10004; Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience preferredMust Have<ul><li>Enterprise program ownership (&gt;$5M budgets)</li><li>Data migration strategy leadership</li><li>Cross-module ERP fluency</li><li>Ability to present to Boards, Audit Committees, and Investors</li><li>Expertise in process re-engineering and organizational change management</li></ul>Highly Preferred<ul><li>M&amp;A integration experience</li><li>Multi-entity, multi-currency, multi-plant environments</li><li>Experience with regulated industries (Oil &amp;
