This position will be supporting Prescott's Inc and located either remote or onsite at our Monument, CO location.
This position supports Prescott&rsquo;s inside sales motion with a primary focus on renewal of service contracts and warranties, new business development, lead generation, and coordinated cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across multiple business units. The Inside Sales - Contract Support Specialist will support two defined sales territories and work in close partnership with sales representatives and business unit field technicians to drive growth in a structured, coordinated, and enterprise-aligned manner across Surgical Microscopes, Pumps, Monitors, Anesthesia, Washers, and Veterinary Equipment.
We are currently seeking a Inside Sales - Contract Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers, managing contract-related sales activity, and selling the enterprise-level capabilities of Prescott&rsquo;s&mdash;not just individual products or services. You will act as an extension of the field sales organization, helping ensure continuity of coverage, consistent messaging, and disciplined follow-through across assigned territories.
This role is highly collaborative and requires tight integration with field sales teams, business unit leaders, and field technicians. Success in this position depends on your ability to document outreach, customer interactions, and deal progression in real time, ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment across the broader commercial organization.
This is paid hourly, with an annual equivalent of $37,440 to $45,760 USD/year plus commissions. Commissions earnings at plan is targeted at $50k.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage a high volume of incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities</li></ul><ul><li>
Communicate with potential customers via cold calling, email, and online chat to understand their needs and recommend suitable products</li><li>
Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate customers on the benefits and features of our products and services</li><li>
Track and manage leads, pipeline, and sales activities using NetSuite CRM software</li><li>
Nurture relationships with existing and previous customers to generate repeat business and upsell opportunities</li><li>
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale</li><li>
Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems</li><li>
Provide periodic territory sales forecasts</li><li>
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets</li><li>
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in inside sales or a customer service role</li><li>
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets</li><li>
Strong phone presence and ability to engage customers and build rapport</li><li>
Ability to quickly understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions</li><li>
Understanding of marketing and sales motions</li><li>
Eligible to work in the United States</li></ul>
Preferred:<ul><li>
Experience working with NetSuite is a plus</li><li>

This position will support Prescott's, Inc.
As a Territory Service and Sales Manager at Prescott's, Inc, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare facilities in your assigned territory. This hybrid role blends technical service delivery with strategic account growth and capital sales, where you will serve as both a technical expert and a trusted advisor, helping healthcare customers achieve operational up time while identifying new opportunities for repair services, equipment sales, equipment acquisition, refurbishment sales, and long-term service contracts.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on account management, territory development, inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and selling surgical microscopes and related equipment. You will work directly with hospitals and clinics to ensure their systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and OEM standards.
This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background - particularly in biomedical, mechanical, or engineering fields - who enjoy working with tools, solving problems onsite, and building trusted relationships with customers. While sales experience is helpful, it is not required; we provide full training to help you develop the customer-facing and commercial skills needed to grow within the role.
This role provides a base salary along with unlimited commission opportunities. Our commission structure is designed to reward you for the number of microscope sales, service contracts and repairs you complete; the more you accomplish, the higher your earnings. The total potential earnings may vary between $80,000 and $150,000+.
The location for this position will be required to work in the Kansas City, MO and Western Missouri region.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Inspect and assess medical equipment to identify service needs, diagnose operational issues, and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance solutions</li><li>

Travel to customer sites to perform hands-on service work, attend service-focused meetings, and conduct proactive outreach to identify service opportunities
</li><li>Earn commissions through the sale of refurbished microscopes, parts, accessories, and long-term service agreements that enhance client operations and minimize downtime</li><li>
Respond promptly to multiple weekly service calls, prioritizing urgent repair needs and delivering fast, effective resolutions to keep clinical operations running smoothly</li><li>

Requirements
