PresiDental Esthetics Clinics is now hiring Receptionists:Job Responsibilities: - Greet patients, provide directions and alert employees/ doctors for meetings and visits. - Answer all the clients inquiries and address their complaints. - Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed. - Offering friendly service to those entering the clinic or calling in on the phone. - Following up on patients appointments and scheduling.Job Requirements: -Minimum one year experience in the same field (preferably clinics). -Ability to deal with foreigners. -Perfect English is a must. -Gender: No preference -Graduates only. -Good time-management skills. -Great interpersonal and communication skills. -Familiar with printers, fax and other office equipment needed to fulfill daily tasks. -Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).Location: 5th settlement New Cairo.
