Job Description &ndash; TGT Special Educator<ul><li>Key Responsibilities</li><li>Identify, assess, and support students with special needs such as learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and other developmental challenges.</li><li>Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on students&rsquo; needs.</li><li>Adapt curriculum, teaching methods, and learning materials to suit diverse learners.</li><li>Provide one-on-one or small group remedial instruction.</li><li>Collaborate with subject teachers to support inclusive classroom practices.</li><li>Monitor student progress and maintain detailed academic and behavioral records.</li><li>Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress evaluations.</li><li>Counsel students to improve academic performance, behavior, and social skills.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development workshops.</li><li>Ensure compliance with school policies and inclusive education guidelines.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
