 The Opportunity
 
 
 
 Seeking a highly proficient and innovative Senior Scientist &ndash; Machine Learning to help design and implement a cutting-edge AI platform through Machine Learning and software development techniques.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 As a Senior Scientist &ndash; Machine Learning, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining various Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning codes. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of smart people, including Product Managers, and Software Developers, to advance a state-of-the-art AI platform that can be applied to domains like Robotics, Optimization, Control, Anomaly detection and Machine Vision.
 
 
 Functional
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Use generative AI for most aspects of your work, from data preparation and code generation to ideas validation and publications summarization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have an end-to-end hands-on ownership of ML features and various projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create POCs focused on Deep Learning as well as other traditional approaches within Data Science.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop algorithms in key areas in Machine Learning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with other colleagues while maintaining a clear vision of the value of our diverse offerings.

 Lead the path of value-driven AI features that are innovative and deployable to real customers.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years' experience with Software Engineering. Understanding of NoSQL, Message Queues, Kubernetes, Microservices. Big plus if there is experience with any.
 </li>
 <li>
 5+ years' experience in AI and ML algorithm development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track of programming in Python. Preferably experience with any of Go/Java/C++/Scala.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience debugging and tuning applications/ML pipelines for production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Production experience deploying, configuring and monitoring ML pipelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with sci-kit learn library (clustering, dimensionality reduction, classification, regression).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with embeddings and few-shot learning, vector DBs like Vespa, Qdrant, Milvus, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Nice to have experience with LLM prompt engineering, structured generation, fine tuning, quantization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch) for training and inference on the problems like (two domains at least):

 NLP (seq-to-seq, semantic search, topic classification, sentiment analysis, translation);
 </li>
 <li>
 Image (OCR, detection, recognition);
 </li>

 Video (objects tracking, retrieval, anomaly detection);

 Audio (speaker recognition, speech to text, etc.);

 Looking for an insightful, results-oriented Product Manager to drive the conceptualization, development and rapid testing of analytics products and solutions that will enhance acquisition, engagement and retention of Presight customers.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Reporting to the Senior Director - Product &amp; Strategy, you will collaborate with product teams and Presight stakeholders to define priorities, deliverables &amp; design approaches, and lead the product strategy, planning, delivery &amp; marketing of Presight solutions &amp; services in line with the overall business objectives and customer requirements.
 
 
 Functional

 Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.

 Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specifications, use case, and work-flow diagrams and manage the requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

 Own the product roadmap and drive the execution of product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor progress of product development and own the product backlog to ensure progress is as per the agreed baseline, to achieve timely completion and a return on investment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure product performance and mitigate impediments impacting the successful delivery of the product.

 Familiarity with Figma to facilitate collaboration among various stakeholders.

 Develop dashboards and reports on product development operations that showcase the performance of the product and usage patterns, and suggest possible improvements.
