</div><div><ul><li>Responsible for execution of construction works within the project timelines.</li>
<li>Preparation of construction schedule and Ensure that the work are executed as per dimensions &amp; levels mentioned in the Drawings.</li>
<li>Responsible for quality of construction, adherence to approved drawing /specifications.</li>
<li>Preparation Quality Inspection reports &amp; get it approved by client&rsquo;s representatives &amp; General Manager.</li>
<li>Ensure that housekeeping is maintained at work place &amp; all persons working at site are using proper Personal Protective equipment.</li>
<li>Delegation of work to subordinates, Finalization and certification of bills.</li>
<li>Ensuring that all the required materials are indented and made available on time.</li>
<li>Co-ordination between various agencies working at site, architects and consultants.</li>
<li>Budget tracking &amp; monitoring for relevant projects</li>
<li>QA / QC &amp; EHS audits compliance &amp; monitoring</li>
<li>Check &amp; ensure billing verification</li>
<li>Documentation with relevant stakeholders</li>
<li>Maintain drawing registers and ensure design coordination</li>
<li>Ensure all documentation, SAP processes, BTCM reports, etc</li>
<li>Reconciliation of materials &amp; billing.</li>
<li>Other related works assigned to you by reporting manager.</li>
</ul>
<p>Project Manager / AGM &ndash; Projects Interiors</p>
<ul><li>Checking the Scope of work, drawings and necessary permissions from various authorities</li>
<li>Coordinate with the client, designers, consultants and contractors/subcontractors.</li>
<li>To check all drawings and information received from the client/ designers.</li>
<li>To assist procurement, QS in getting quotations from the subcontractors</li>
<li>To implement paper work procedures to ensure adequate information is given to the related departments.</li>
<li>To ensure works are carried out to the required quality, within the required time frame and as per designs and specifications and within the budget.</li>
<li>To ensure safety standards are maintained</li>
<li>To update current project status on daily / weekly basis</li>
<li>Call / attend site meetings whenever required. Prepare &amp; issue minutes of all site meetings.</li>
<li>Leading a team of worker/Contractor for completion of assigned work.</li>
<li>Expedite all shop drawings and approvals.</li>
<li>To check the site measurements according to the layout before marking or setting out partitions, ceilings and flooring</li>
<li>Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting standards of quality.</li>
<li>Scrutinize of Bill of quantity, measurement of installation and estimate.</li>
<li>Co- Ordination with other agencies such as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, BMS System, Communication System, civil ,fa&ccedil;ade,etc.</li>
<li>Co- ordination with other professionals like Services Consultants, Structural Consultants, Architects, Project Management Consultants, etc.</li>
<li>Adherence and compliance with operating guide line and manuals.</li></ul></div></div>
