<div>The <b>Driver/Helper</b> supports our maintenance crews by transporting crew members, tools, and materials safely to and from job sites, while also assisting with hands-on landscaping tasks. This role requires safe driving practices, teamwork, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work. <div><b>Job Duties</b></div>
<div><b>Transportation &amp; Logistics</b></div>
<ul><li>Safely drive company vehicles to transport crew members, tools, and equipment to and from job sites</li>
<li>Ensure vehicles are kept clean, fueled, and properly maintained</li>
<li>Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials</li>
</ul><div><b>Field Support</b></div>
<ul><li>Support crew members with landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, and clean-up</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites</li>
</ul><div><b>Safety &amp; Procedures</b></div>
<ul><li>Follow all company safety policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ensure equipment, materials, and crew members are transported safely</li>
<li>Report vehicle or equipment issues promptly to the supervisor</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b></div>
<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record (required)</li>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older for company vehicle insurance requirements</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively</li>
<li>Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions</li>
<li>Ability to work well as part of a team</li>
<li>Previous landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required</li>

The <b>Account Manager </b>is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role involves managing multiple client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.<br>

<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell service.</li>

<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.</li>
<li>Communicate client requirements and feedback effectively.</li>
<li>Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.</li>

<li>1-3 years of experience in the Landscaping industry</li>
