We invite you to become part of our team at an upscale mobile pet grooming business in Bahrain.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record financial transactions via accounting software (Quickbooks).</li><li>Perform monthly reconciliations.</li><li>Support the team by performing tasks related to the operation, such as publishing daily schedules, team dispatching, etc.</li><li>Answer customer inquiries and provide customer support.</li><li>Follow the CRM communication plan.</li><li>Maintain communication with suppliers.</li><li>Carry out administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, etc.</li><li>Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of equipment, arrange for repairs, and maintain equipment inventories.</li><li>Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.</li><li>Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by senior managers.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li><li>Minimum one year of bookkeeping work experience in the GCC.</li><li>Good knowledge of Quickbooks or similar bookkeeping software.</li><li>Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</li><li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.</li><li>Working knowledge of office equipment.</li><li>Strong organisational skills.</li><li>Interpersonal skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and problem solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently in Bahrain?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
