Key Responsibilities</b><br>
<ul><li>Provide outstanding customer service to residents, prospects, and guests</li><li>Assist with training, onboarding, and supervising on-site staff</li><li>Handle leasing activities: tours, applications, approvals, renewals, and move-ins</li><li>Manage rent collections, resident ledgers, and legal processes as needed</li><li>Maintain accurate resident and property records in Yardi/CRM systems</li><li>Support financial tasks, including purchase orders, invoices, and month-end close</li><li>Partner on marketing initiatives, resident events, and competitive market analysis</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b><br>
Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>2+ years of property management or related experience</li><li>Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills</li><li>Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi/CRM experience preferred</li><li>High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred</li></ul></div><p></p><div><b><br>
