 Our client
 
 is seeking a highly experienced HR Business Partner for a temporary assignment to support fast-moving teams with strategic HR guidance and hands-on operational support.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide coaching and consultation to managers and teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the rollout and execution of HR programs and initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide teams on performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive HR best practices.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Minimum Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of HR experience, preferably within large technology organizations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and contingent workforce regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setup.
 </li>
