 Requirements:

 Experience in Talent Acquisition within a large, global, and matrixed organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to successfully recruit professionals through senior level talent in a corporate environment; experience supporting Product, Strategy, Technology, Payments, or related functions is strongly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred experience recruiting for crypto, stablecoin &amp; blockchain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sourcing capabilities with hands on experience building and managing talent pipelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Results driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 High degree of business acumen, professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of employment laws and standard hiring practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working with applicant tracking systems; Workday ATS experience is strongly preferred.
 </li>
