Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1&ndash;4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing, and coordination. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).</li><li>Understand job requirements and prepare effective job postings.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.</li><li>Conduct screening calls and initial interviews to assess candidates.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.</li><li>Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.</li><li>Support employee engagement and HR documentation as required.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and uphold company hiring standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.</li><li>Good understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines.</li><li>Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is an added advantage.</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Result-driven and proactive.</li><li>Strong organizational and coordination skills.</li><li>Team player with a positive attitude.</li><li>High attention to detail and professionalism.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;28,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
