<b>
Salary Range</b>: $17-$18 hourly plus commission</div><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours</li>
<li>Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals</li>
<li>Follow up with prospective residents</li>
<li>Assist in off-site and on-site marketing</li>
<li>Properly respond to any resident concerns</li>
<li>Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results</li>
<li>Provide support to other leasing consultants</li></ul><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
2 years of sales or property management experience (Preferred)</li>
<li>Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and customer service skills</li>
<li>Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to- date knowledge of rules, laws, and regulations.</li>
<li>Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems</li>
</ul><div><b>Minimum Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Valid driver's license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
