Why this job&rsquo;s a big deal:</div><div><br>
Priceline is looking for a skilled Associate Desktop Engineer to join the Desktop Engineering team. This team is responsible for managing the desktops around the world, along with the iPads, iOS &amp; Android devices. We do this using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, along with Google Workspace &amp; Zoom. In addition to this, we are looking for this person to provide tier 3 support for the Support team, as well as excellent white glove support for C levels and execs.</div><div></div><div>
In this role you will get to:</div><div></div><ul><li><div>
Work on projects, troubleshooting, escalation and support.</div></li><li><div>
Handle problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up for routine user problems, escalating more complex problems to management or technical staff.</div></li><li><div>
Log and track all requests, incidents and tasks utilizing Jira Service Desk.</div></li><li><div>
Train users on various software and system hardware.</div></li><li><div>
Configure computers, install software, and set up peripheral equipment.</div></li><li><div>
Request service/support from software and hardware vendors regarding defective products.</div></li><li><div>
Protect confidentiality with regards to all aspects of employee and corporate information.</div></li></ul><div><br>
Who you are:</div><div></div><ul><li><div>
Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.</div></li><li><div>
Good attention to detail, work ethic and interpersonal skills.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency in the following: Lenovo &amp; Apple, JIRA Service Desk, Windows 10/11 and macOS 15+, Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange, AWS Workspace, Okta, Google Workspace, ClearPass, Zoom.</div></li><li><div>
Microsoft Intune/Entra (Primary skill), JAMF or Apple MDM(Primary skill), Google Workspace (Secondary skill) administration experience is a MUST</div></li><li><div>
Experience: 2+ years&rsquo; experience as a Desktop Engineer in a medium or a large-scale organization.</div></li><li><div>
Education: Bachelors&rsquo; Degree in Computer and Information Science or equivalent experience.<br>
