<br><div><div><p>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<ul><li>Develop zero-based costing / should-cost models for various components and assemblies.</li>
<li>Analyze and estimate costs for casting, machining, stamping, and plastic moulding parts.</li>
<li>Read and interpret engineering and technical drawings to support cost development and supplier discussions.</li>
<li>Lead and support PSAT-based cost negotiations with suppliers to achieve cost reduction targets.</li>
<li>Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate cost structures and manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Support sourcing and procurement activities using SAP, including PO processing, pricing updates, and vendor data management.</li>
<li>Handle import-related activities, including coordination and review of import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, BOE, etc.).</li>
<li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to cost optimization and supplier performance.</li>

</div><div><p>TECHNICAL DETAILS</p>
<div><ul><div>Strong expertise in <b>Zero-Based Costing / Should Cost methodologies</b>.</div>
<div>In-depth knowledge of <b>manufacturing processes</b>: casting, machining, stamping, and plastic moulding.</div>
<div>Strong capability in <b>PSAT cost analysis and negotiations</b>.</div>
<div>Proficient in <b>SAP</b> (MM or relevant procurement modules preferred).</div>
<div>Good understanding of <b>import handling and documentation</b>.</div>
<div>Ability to <b>read and interpret technical drawings</b> accurately.</div>
<div>Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.</div>
