Title: Sales CoordinatorGender : FemaleLocation: Ambattur Estate near Korattur Aavin factoryPosition Type: Full-timeJob Summary: We are looking for an organized and highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth functioning of the sales department, from processing orders to maintaining sales records. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and handling customer inquiries.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, and customer interactions.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, Planning ) to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Track sales targets and monitor performance against goals.</li><li>Organize and attend meetings, conferences, and other events as needed.</li><li>Handle customer service issues and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Prepare and present sales presentations and other sales-related materials.</li><li>Support the preparation of proposals, quotes, and contracts.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a sales coordinator, sales administrator, or in a similar role.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
