<h2>Sales Executive – Truck Dispatching Services</h2><h2>Job Description</h2><p>We are looking for a <strong>Sales Executive</strong> to join our truck dispatching team and help expand our client base by connecting with trucking companies and owner-operators across the USA. The ideal candidate should be confident in <strong>cold calling, lead generation, relationship building, and sales conversion</strong>, with an understanding of the U.S. trucking and dispatching industry.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p>Conduct outbound calls to trucking companies, owner-operators, and fleet owners.</p><p>Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other channels.</p><p>Present and explain our <strong>truck dispatching services</strong> professionally.</p><p>Identify clients' operational needs and recommend suitable dispatching solutions.</p><p>Negotiate service terms and successfully convert prospects into clients.</p><p>Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential and existing clients.</p><p>Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with trucking company owners.</p><p>Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and sales activities.</p><p>Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.</p><p>Stay updated on U.S. trucking industry trends, freight markets, and competitors.</p><h2>Requirements</h2><p>Minimum <strong>6 months of sales/cold-calling experience</strong> in US Truck Dispatch Compaign required.</p><p>Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.</p><p>Strong convincing and objection-handling abilities.</p><p>Confident and professional phone presence.</p><p>Target-oriented, self-motivated, and persistent.</p><p>Ability to work during <strong>U.S. business hours/night shift</strong>.</p><p>Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM, email, and communication tools.</p><h2>Compensation &amp; Growth</h2><p>Competitive salary with <strong>uncapped commission/incentives</strong>.</p><p>Opportunity to earn significantly more based on sales performance.</p><p>Performance-based growth opportunities.</p><p>Professional and supportive work environment.</p><h2>Preferred Candidate</h2><p>The ideal candidate is an energetic and results-driven salesperson who can confidently approach trucking companies, build trust with decision-makers, overcome objections, and convert leads into long-term dispatching clients.</p>
