We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Analyst to lead and build analytics for paid media, partnering with key stakeholders to drive performance insights and strategy. This role combines hands-on analysis with ownership of analytics tools and strategy, requiring a data-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You&rsquo;ll Do as a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager
In your role, you&rsquo;ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here&rsquo;s a flavour of your day-to-day:<ul><li>
Lead the strategic direction of paid media analytics while building and managing a high-performing team</li><li>
Partner with Digital Campaign, Performance Marketing, and insights teams to analyze performance and drive data-led strategies</li><li>
Develop and own reporting frameworks, delivering weekly/monthly insights and actionable recommendations</li><li>
Build forecasts using historical data and third-party tools to optimize media budget planning</li><li>
Drive data automation initiatives, including media data extraction, cloud storage, and reporting via SQL and Tableau</li><li>
Manage key analytics projects such as MMP app tracking and digital marketing data infrastructure</li><li>
Collaborate with data scientists to design, measure, and validate media performance and attribution models</li><li>
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders across the business</li></ul>

8+ years of experience in analytics, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution</li><li>
Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams in fast-paced, large-scale environments</li><li>
Strong educational background in marketing, data science, business analytics, statistics, or related fields</li><li>
Expertise in digital marketing measurement platforms (GA4, Adobe, MMPs) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)</li><li>
Advanced technical skills in Excel, SQL/Python, and working with cloud-based data platforms</li><li>
Deep understanding of digital channels (Meta, Google) including algorithms, attribution, and performance optimization</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset with excellent numerical skills, commercial awareness, and deadline-driven approach</li><li>
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and manage multiple projects efficiently</li></ul>

What You&rsquo;ll Do

You will work collaboratively with the Store Management Team and the Store P&amp;C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store. This is a generalist role, responsible for all day-to-day P&amp;C administrative activity. This is what you can expect to be responsible for, day-to-day:<ul><li>
Delivering the P&amp;C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, and confidentiality with all Colleagues; demonstrating an understanding of the overall P&amp;C strategy and purpose and promoting a culture of inclusion</li><li>
A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&amp;C including, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being</li><li>
Maintain colleague records in accordance with federal and local regulations</li><li>
Develop an understanding of store commercial performance and customer experience.</li><li>
Deliver against company expectations and policy, ensuring good governance and best practice is in place, compliance with regulations, and mitigation of risk to the business.</li><li>
Support the delivery of core learning programs and mandatories</li><li>
Reporting on your activities and keeping our KPIs on track.</li><li>
Review administrative aspects of P&amp;C in store and make recommendation where efficiency gains are identified</li></ul>

Experience working as a P&amp;C Administrator or similar role, preferably in a retail environment.</li><li>
Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.</li><li>
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise, in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication</li><li>
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen &ndash; we&rsquo;re all about learning here!</li></ul>

The pay rate for this role is: $26.00
