What You&rsquo;ll Do
If you love working with people &ndash; and keeping everything in order &ndash; you&rsquo;re in the right spot! You will work collaboratively with the Store Management Team and the Store P&amp;C Business Partner to deliver the people agenda in-store. This is a generalist role, responsible for all day-to-day P&amp;C administrative activity. This is what you can expect to be responsible for, day-to-day:<ul><li>
Delivering the P&amp;C administration activities in your store demonstrating a high level of trust, collaboration, and confidentiality with all Colleagues; demonstrating an understanding of the overall P&amp;C strategy and purpose and promoting a culture of inclusion</li><li>
A generalist administrative role covering all area of P&amp;C including, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being</li><li>
Maintain colleague records in accordance with federal and local regulations</li><li>
Develop an understanding of store commercial performance and customer experience.</li><li>
Deliver against company expectations and policy, ensuring good governance and best practice is in place, compliance with regulations, and mitigation of risk to the business.</li><li>
Support the delivery of core learning programs and mandatories</li><li>
Reporting on your activities and keeping our KPIs on track.</li><li>
Review administrative aspects of P&amp;C in store and make recommendation where efficiency gains are identified</li></ul>

Experience working as a P&amp;C Administrator or similar role, preferably in a retail environment.</li><li>
Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.</li><li>
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise, in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication</li><li>
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen &ndash; we&rsquo;re all about learning here!</li></ul>

The pay range for this role is: $20 - $27
