We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing educational environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant teaching experience with young children and a strong understanding of early childhood development principles. A Montessori qualification is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:* Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities in line with early years learning objectives.* Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.* Observe and assess children&rsquo;s development and learning progress.* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.* Promote independence, creativity, and social skills among children.* Maintain accurate and timely records of student development.Requirements:Proven experience in early childhood education (minimum 1-2 years preferred).Certification or diploma in Early Years Education or a related field.Montessori certification is highly preferred.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Passionate about working with young children and helping them reach their full potential.Location: 184O, PECHS Block 2, KarachiJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
