You will be part of a supportive team where your contributions matter and your career progression is encouraged.We offer a structured work environment, exposure to multiple business functions, and opportunities to develop strong HR and administrative skills.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks</li><li>Support recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening applications, scheduling interviews)</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases</li><li>Prepare HR documents such as contracts, offer letters, and letters of confirmation</li><li>Assist with onboarding and employee orientation processes</li><li>Coordinate with departments regarding employee attendance and HR requests</li><li>Handle basic employee queries professionally and efficiently</li><li>Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and HR data</li><li>Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers may apply)</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information responsibly</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>Apply NowIf you are ready to start your HR career with a growing company, we encourage you to apply today.
