Experience<ul><li>3 years to 5 years</li></ul>Production &amp; Operations<ul><li>Monitor day-to-day manufacturing processes.</li><li>Ensure production schedules are met with minimal downtime.</li><li>Coordinate between production, quality, purchase, and warehouse departments.</li><li>Assist in manpower planning and shift allocation.</li></ul>Supply Chain &amp; Inventory<ul><li>Maintain raw material and finished goods stock levels.</li><li>Track inward &amp; outward movement of goods.</li><li>Support procurement team with vendor coordination.</li><li>Monitor dispatches and logistics operations.</li></ul>Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure adherence to quality standards (ISO, GMP, or industry-specific norms).</li><li>Report and escalate production/quality issues.</li><li>Assist in audits and compliance documentation.</li></ul>Data &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain production records, MIS reports, and dashboards.</li><li>Monitor KPIs: OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), wastage, downtime, etc.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.</li></ul>Cost &amp; Efficiency<ul><li>Support cost control measures.</li><li>Identify areas for process improvement and automation.</li><li>Minimize wastage of materials, energy, and resources.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of production planning &amp; control.</li><li>Basic understanding of lean manufacturing</li><li>MS Excel, ERP/Tally/SAP familiarity.</li><li>Strong communication &amp; coordination skills.</li><li>Problem-solving &amp; decision-making ability.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>operations - manufacturing : 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
