Responsibilities:
<div>
The Director of Construction will direct/supervise the Project Management staff and assist the VP of F &amp; C in managing and directing on-going construction projects for the organization. Will provide architectural design services as needed by the organization. Will inspect OSHPD permitted projects as assigned by the VP of F &amp; C. Will provide day to day coordination of construction projects, shall ensure that all requirements, regulations and documentation involving these construction projects are completed. Will assist the Facilities Department in transitioning/integrating the construction projects into the existing facility operation</div>
Qualifications:

Required qualifications:</div><ul><li>
High School graduate or equivalent</li><li>
California Driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
Three (3) years&rsquo; experience in healthcare engineering and/or construction</li><li>
Proficient in Word, Excel and Project Planner</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Preferred qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Four-year college degree or vocational training specific to this occupation preferred</li><li>
Licensed Architect preferred</li><li>
OSHPD IOR, Class A or B license preferred</li></ul>

Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $124,800.00 to $180,752.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.</div>
