Responsibilities:
<div>
The 2nd Shift Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness both in guest rooms and public space, while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to our guests.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Cleans public areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms and other front and back of house areas.</li><li>
Cleaning of guest rooms to include dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens and cleaning bathrooms.</li><li>
Performs tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, washing windows, assist in laundry, cleaning/ buffing floors and disposing of interior/exterior garbage.</li><li>
Reports any maintenance concerns and items in need of repair</li><li>
Stocks and maintains cart and supply rooms, as needed</li><li>
Performs deep cleaning tasks and special projects</li><li>
Deliver guest requested items</li><li>
Directs guest to guest rooms and meeting rooms, as needed.</li><li>
Handles guest inquiries. This position is required to work with our guests to ensure overall satisfaction. This position must take the initiative to be creative when resolving gust inquires/ challenges.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:

The Banquet Server is responsible for service of all banquets and banquet related Food &amp; Beverage operations.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and follow instructions from Banquets Manager and/or Captain.</li><li>
Set up banquet room as instructed by Banquet Captain to include table and chair placement, linen, service-ware and glassware.</li><li>
Prepare for the function as appropriate, including, but not limited to place and table settings, condiments preparation, beverages, etc.</li><li>
Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.</li><li>
Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction.</li><li>
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products, as assigned to adhere to health standards.</li><li>
Attend and participate in the Pre-Meal and Post-Meal briefings as directed.</li><li>
Serve the food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation of the Banquet Captain to ensure consistency throughout the banquet.
</li><li>Promptly bus dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.</li><li>
Clean up after the function; clear dishes from tables, re-organize back aisle or staging areas as assigned, put equipment and supplies away in their proper storage areas.</li><li>
Once banquet is complete, reset banquet room according to Captain's specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for the following function.</li><li>
Complete necessary work for future banquet events, as directed.</li></ul>

Previous serving experience preferred, but not required.</li><li>

Physical Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
This position requires constant standing and walking. Frequent bending, squatting, handling and grasping. Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. Pushing and pulling and average weight of 97lbs. Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employement with Oasis Hotel.</li></ul><div><b>

Banquet Server / Setup

We are looking for an eager, self-motivated individual to join our <b>Night</b> Fleet Dispatch team in order to help lead our drivers and our company to success.</div>
Responsibilities:<br>

Analyze dispatch information to ensure ability of driver to meet service standards.</li><li>
Monitor compliance relating to Federal DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations relating to hazardous material hauling, HOS (Hours of Service) regulations, accident reporting, and driver personnel records.</li><li>
Proactively monitor on-time pickup/delivery performance and freight security using prescribed systems.</li><li>
Accurately complete accident reports per company policy.</li><li>
Effectively communicate Company policy and service expectations to drivers.</li><li>
Coordinate load relays to prevent service failures using prescribed guidelines/procedures.</li><li>
Answer multi-line phone in timely manner to maintain communication standards with drivers.</li><li>
Process QUALCOMM messages in timely manner.</li><li>
Practice punctuality and efficiency when completing all assigned tasks.</li><li>
Effectively communicate pertinent information regarding service/driver issues to Day Fleet Manager.</li><li>
Complete continuing training as directed by management.</li><li>

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
</b></div><div>Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Knowledge</b></div><div>
Basic knowledge of trucking/transportation industry preferred, but not required.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Abilities</b></div><div>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to execute logical decisions quickly. Ability to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced, team oriented environment. Good computer and keyboarding skills with the ability to accurately type at 40 WPM. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Flexible schedule with the ability to work at least 48 hours per week and the ability to work overnights and weekends required.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Experience, Education, and Training</b></div><div>
Four year college degree in supply chain management or other business related field or at least two years management experience preferred.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Working Environment</b></div><div>
Primarily indoors with heating and cooling regulated in a general office environment.</div></div>
