We are looking for a proactive and innovative NPD Engineer to lead the design and development of new engineering products. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in product development cycles, from ideation and prototyping to testing and production iteams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead cross-functional teams in the development of new products.</li><li>Design mechanical/electromechanical components and assemblies using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).</li><li>Develop prototypes and conduct functional/performance testing.</li><li>Coordinate with Production Team and suppliers to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability).</li><li>Create and maintain design documentation (BOMs, drawings, specifications).</li><li>Ensure new products meet relevant industry standards and customer requirements.</li><li>Use engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD, etc.) for design validation.</li><li>Continuously improve existing products based on customer feedback and performance data.</li><li>Qualifications:</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.</li><li>3+ years of experience in product development or R&amp;D.</li><li>Strong skills in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA).</li><li>Knowledge of prototyping techniques (Trob Machin, CNC, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with testing and validation protocols.</li><li>Strong project management and documentation skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>NPD: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Jamnagar, Gujarat (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
