Job PurposeThe purpose of the role is to present and secure properties for sale to potential purchasers. Actively take role in negotiating marketing agreements and commission levels with vendors. The Sales Consultants main aim is to showcase Mirage Portfolio of properties in a professional manner that reflects world class organizational image and brand.Accountabilities&middot; To ensure that sales, leasing and listing targets are met.Duties and Responsibilities&middot; Ensure set sales targets are met and or exceeded.&middot; Take active role in negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with landlords/Developers.&middot; Offer outstanding customer service standards at all times, through all communication methods and channels.&middot; Act at all times in a professional manner.&middot; Ensure the listed properties database software is accurate and up to date at all times with lead generation.&middot; Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve client/vendor/purchaser/agent relationships.&middot; Ensure effective sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction.&middot; Follow all leads till final conclusion.&middot; Ensure the End of Week Activity report is accurate and send reported within the agreed timescale.&middot; Keep sales update to date with property market activities.&middot; Seek out new opportunities and gaps in the market.&middot; Promote the business through various marketing channels and communications.&middot; Act as &ldquo;ambassador&rdquo; for Mirage Property within wider Qatar community.&middot; Ensure the Company brand duties as requested by Senior Management as may be required from time to time.&middot; Knowledge of local real estate sales transactions&middot; Knowledge of local property market&middot; Knowledge of customer service and satisfaction.&middot; Demonstrate solid commercial awareness.&middot; Ability to read and understand the market trends and seeks opportunities as per market requirements&middot; Ability to represent the company in all events/ exhibitions.&middot; Ability to read sales contracts and understand the terms.&middot; Ability to read marketing/ brokerage agreements and understand the terms.Skills&middot; Knowledge of real estate sales.&middot; Knowledge of sales negotiations.&middot; Knowledge of local property market&middot; Knowledge of working targets&middot; Knowledge of customer service and satisfaction.&middot; Demonstrate solid commercial awareness.&middot; Ability to read and understand sales contracts.&middot; Effective written, verbal and listening communication skills.&middot; Negotiation skills.&middot; Analytical and problem solving skills.&middot; Excellent interpersonal skills.&middot; Time management and multitasking skills.&middot; Customer service orientation.Specialized Training/ Knowledge Required&middot; Sales Training and Strategy&middot; Sales Prospecting Advance Technique&middot; Sales Presentation Training&middot; Strategic Social SellingExperience &amp; Qualification&middot; 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales with successful track record in commercial and/or residential property sales or leasing.&middot; A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or professional qualification would be a plus.&middot; Strong CRM background.&middot; Customer-focused.Additional requirements&middot; Must have a Valid Qatari Driving License&middot; Arabic speaking is mandatory (Basic English required)Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Real Estate &amp; Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>CRM Background: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
