The role involves building strong relationships with key accounts, managing distributors, and leading a team to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy &amp; Execution:<ul><li>Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets for the HORECA channel in the assigned territory.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and manage existing accounts.</li><li>Monitor sales performance and recommend improvements to meet goals.</li></ul>2. Relationship Management:<ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, agreements, and pricing to ensure mutual satisfaction with clients and partners.</li><li>Conduct regular visits to clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul>3. Team Leadership:<ul><li>Lead, motivate, and train a sales team to achieve maximum performance and results.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales pitches and presentations.</li></ul>4. Market Intelligence:<ul><li>Keep abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the HORECA sector.</li><li>Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to refine offerings and strategies.</li></ul>5. Distributor Management:<ul><li>Oversee distributor operations, ensuring timely delivery and availability of products at client locations.</li><li>Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies and targets.</li></ul>6.
