Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented PROFESSIONAL Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic team. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos of properties to showcase their best features, supporting our marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Real Estate Photography and Videography experience. The candidate MUST be able to provide a portfolio of their Real Estate media work and, ideally, actively working in the industry.Duties<ul><li>Photograph and film residential and commercial properties, ensuring optimal lighting, angles, and composition to highlight property features and space</li><li>Collaborate with real estate agents and marketing teams to understand property highlights, branding requirements, and scripts for videos/reels</li><li>Maintain an organized workflow for photo/video projects</li><li>Communicate effectively and respond quickly to work needs</li><li>Get the property ready if needed (Turn on lights, open blinds, fix pillows and move anything else that is distracting. Direct seller to move things.)</li><li>Stay updated on current trends in real estate marketing, photography techniques, and social media management to optimize content reach</li><li>Keep calendar sync'd and up to date</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in real estate photography and videography with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency in capturing both still images and video content</li><li>Part 107 certified and able to shoot a drone at every appointment</li><li>Skills in photo editing, photo manipulation, filming, video production, and social media management</li><li>Ability to operate professional camera equipment including drones or stabilizers</li><li>Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail to ensure each project meets high-quality standards</li></ul>Equipment<ul><li>Full frame camera that can film 4k 60p (uncropped is best) video</li><li>Full frame lenses to capture real estate media</li><li>Drone that can film 4k 60p video</li><li>Gimbal and Tripod</li></ul>This position offers an exciting opportunity for creative professionals passionate about real estate marketing!Pay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hourWork Location: On the road
