Our technologies are designed to be both technically groundbreaking and operationally relevant.Our employees are typically MS/PhD holders in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science, though we will also consider candidates with equivalent demonstrated expertise and a strong passion for communications software development and signal processing.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and implement advanced communications software solutions and contribute to the development of AI-assisted tools for communications system design and optimization.</li><li>Develop efficient algorithms and real-time implementations for wireless systems.</li><li>Collaborate with researchers and engineers on SDR prototyping and DSP algorithm integration.</li><li>Develop and maintain automated testing to ensure code quality and system reliability.</li><li>Document architectures, algorithms, and results for both internal teams and external stakeholders.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computational Mathematics or related field (exceptional BS candidates will be considered).</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or wireless communications.</li><li>Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.</li><li>Proficiency in Linux development environments.</li><li>Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.</li><li>Hands-on experience with wireless systems design and implementation.</li><li>Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to wireless systems.</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience (Relevant but Not Required)<ul><li>Experience with transceiver design and implementation, including pulse shaping, clock recovery, channel equalization, and coding.</li><li>Experience with software-defined radios (SDRs) and open-source DSP frameworks such as GNU Radio, liquid-dsp, SoapySDR, Redhawk SDR, or Ettus UHD.</li><li>Proficiency in MATLAB for modeling and simulation.</li><li>Background in CI/CD practices and automated testing in Git-based pipelines.</li><li>Experience with FPGA-based implementations for communications or DSP applications.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: Remote
