<div><b>Position Summary:</b></div>

We are seeking an organized <b>ticket clerk </b>to support our dispatch team in their efforts to coordinate and schedule hauling operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for entering/processing dispatch tickets to support the dispatch team as they dispatch drivers, managing routes, communicating with clients and ﬁeld teams, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.</div><div></div><div><br>

<div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<div>

<ul><li>Communicate effectively with team, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, text, and dispatch software</li></ul></div>

<ul><li>Maintain accurate records and service documentation</li></ul></div>
<div>
<br>
<ul><li>Handle service requests, emergencies, and driver issues promptly and professionally</li></ul></div>
<ul><li>Collaborate with the dispatch team and customers</li></ul><div></div><div><br>

</div><div><b>Qualiﬁcations:</b></div>
<div>

<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (required)</li></ul></div>
<div>
<br>
<ul><li>Proﬁcient with basic computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, email)</li></ul></div>
<ul><li>Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li></ul>

<br>
<ul><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure</li></ul></div>
<div><b>Schedule:</b></div>
<div>

<ul><li>Expected hours 40 per week (Monday through Friday, 7-4<b>*</b>)</li></ul></div>

<ul><li>hours subject to shift slightly based on needs of the dispatch team.</li></ul></div><br>
