As our <b>Account Executive for New Business</b>, you own new business end to end -from first outbound touch to signed contract- and you turn what the founders have already proven into a motion that scales. You'll be our first dedicated seller: you shape the playbook now, and as we grow you'll help build and lead the commercial team behind it.</p><ul><li><b><br>
Year-one target:</b> &euro;350k&ndash;&euro;550k+ new ARR</li><li><b>
Typical deals:</b> &euro;10k&ndash;&euro;30k ACV, annual subscriptions, sales cycles under 90 days</li><li><b>
Motion:</b> outbound-led (inbound supported by marketing), multi-threaded, often with a hands-on trial as part of the close</li></ul><br>

2-4+ years closing B2B SaaS, <b>outbound-first</b> (not SDR-only)</li><li>
A true <b>hunter;</b> you work independently, own your number, and deliver results without being managed to them</li><li>
A track record of <i>creating</i> pipeline and closing independently ; you've packed your own bag</li><li>
Strong discovery, demo and negotiation; including with <b>C-level / executive buyers</b></li><li>
Comfortable in a <b>fast-paced, fast-changing environment;</b> you move quickly and adapt</li><li><b>
Strong affinity for digital products, AI and tech; </b>you get genuinely excited about the space and can speak credibly to technical buyers</li><li>

About the role</b></h2><p>
We are looking for an AI-native Product Engineer who can take real problems and ship to production.</p><p>
This is not a classic frontend or backend role. You will work end-to-end across product, design, engineering, AI workflows, data and integrations. You should be comfortable understanding messy business problems, designing pragmatic solutions, shipping quickly and improving based on real usage.</p><p>
We are looking for a builder who wants to own outcomes, not just tickets.</p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you will do</b></h2><p>
You will own product problems end-to-end, from discovery to production.</p><p>

Have strong fullstack engineering skills, ideally with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js and Postgres</li><li>
Have built and shipped real products end-to-end</li><li>
Can move from problem to working product without needing detailed specs</li><li>
Are comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration</li><li>
Think deeply about user experience, not just implementation</li><li>
Care about clean architecture, good abstractions and production reliability</li><li>
Understand how modern AI products are built beyond simple prompting</li><li>
Know how to work with APIs, data models, permissions, background jobs and integrations</li><li>
Have strong product judgment and can challenge unclear requirements</li><li>
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical people</li><li>
