<div>Primrose Retirement Communities is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse to be responsible for providing quality nursing care within Primrose Retirement Communities, ensuring that residents&rsquo; needs are met in accordance with standards of practice through physician orders, Primrose policies and procedures, federal, state, and local regulations, and established nursing best practices. Through a collaborative and &ldquo;person-centered&rdquo; approach, the Staff Nurse enables each resident to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

What we're looking for:
<ul><li>
Current, active nursing license in the state the community is located in.
</li><li>Maintain CPR and First Aid Certification per state regulations.
</li><li>Meet annual continuing education hours required for nursing license if applicable.</li><li>
Experience in a long-term care or assisted living environment is preferred.
</li><li>Knowledge of current state laws and regulations that apply to the practice of nursing as an RN/LPN/LVN in an assisted living setting.
</li><li>Has strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
</li><li>Knowledge of Alzheimer&rsquo;s Disease, other dementias and related memory impairments is preferred.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work as a team.
</li><li>Basic knowledge of computer software and programs.
</li><li>Able to work varying hours.</li></ul>
