Provides reference, reader's advisory, and technical assistance to library customers.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Instructs customers on the use of library catalogs and databases.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Supports library programs, events and circulation desk operations.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Assists with collection maintenance.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Develops library displays and community notices.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Supports the interlibrary loan process as needed.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Creates and maintains library customer accounts.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Supervises library volunteers as needed.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Provides excellent customer service and resolves customer inquiries and concerns.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Performs routine data entry and record maintenance.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Supports special projects and performs additional duties as assigned.</div></div></li></ul></div><div><b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><div><div>
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
One to three years of library experience (or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities).</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Experience with special collections or archival materials preferred.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and staff.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Ability to learn specialized functions with moderate training.</div></div></li><li><div><div>
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</div></div></li></ul><div></div><div><div><div><div><div><p>
