A Waste Management Technician is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant handling, treatment, and disposal of liquid and hazardous waste at one or more Carnival Corporation owned and operated global destination. This role ensures that all activities adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and environmental standards to minimize risk to people, property, and the environment. The Waste Management Technician monitors and manages waste streams, properly segregates materials, and ensures that containers and storage areas meet safety and labeling requirements. In addition, the technician conducts inspections, performs routine maintenance on waste management equipment, and documents all waste handling activities accurately. They identify potential hazards, report safety concerns, and participate in training and emergency response procedures to maintain a safe workplace. The role requires a thorough understanding of hazardous materials, proper disposal techniques, and environmental compliance regulations, as well as strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to sustainability and safety practices. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
Waste Collection, Handling, and Processing<ul><li>
Assist with waste collection and processing on site.</li><li>
Process hazardous materials (including hazardous wastes), including testing, categorization, bulking, lab packing, and preparing hazardous waste shipping documents.</li><li>
Planning, preparation, and setup of waste-related activities and events (if applicable).</li></ul> 
Equipment Operation and Maintenance<ul><li>
Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and coordinate repair of a wide variety of electrical, mechanical, and heavy equipment.</li><li>
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and safety wear on site.</li></ul> 
Compliance, Safety, and Reporting<ul><li>
Follow all compliance and safety regulations associated with proper waste disposal.</li><li>
Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.</li><li>
Write reports of inspections, investigations, or incidents and document activities.</li><li>
Provide first aid support if required.</li></ul> 
Training, Recommendations, and Other Duties<ul><li>
Provide training and make recommendations on changes to procedures.</li><li>
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or designee.</li></ul> 
SKILLS SPECIFICS:<ul><li>
Strong Microsoft office suite skills.</li><li>
Must have excellent customer service skills.</li><li>
Must have excellent communication and planning skills.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and think critically.</li></ul> 
EDUCATION &amp; QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED; equivalent experience is required; additional education in Hospitality or a related field is a plus. Technical/waste certification required</li><li>
Minimum 2 years&rsquo; experience working in a technical maintenance environment in a Hotel or related industry</li><li>
Previous work experience preferred.</li></ul> 
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
Fluency in conversational English,</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>

This role is responsible for the business development and revenue growth of a defined portfolio of key travel agency accounts and consortia within the West region. The position focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening strategic partnerships, and executing account‑specific growth plans aligned with Cunard&rsquo;s commercial objectives and Cultural Essentials. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy and partners closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Customer Service teams.

Responsibilities:
Business Development &amp; Revenue Growth<ul><li>
Own and deliver sales performance for assigned key accounts and consortia.</li><li>
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive share growth, Grills penetration, and premium itinerary performance.</li><li>
Identify incremental revenue opportunities and close near‑term business through consultative selling and disciplined follow‑up.</li><li>
Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline, track opportunities, document account activity, and support forecasting and reporting.</li></ul>
Agency Account Management<ul><li>
Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned accounts, acting as the senior point of contact.</li><li>
Conduct regular business reviews, strategy sessions, and performance tracking.</li></ul>
Marketing &amp; Commercial Planning<ul><li>
Develop and manage co‑op marketing plans in partnership with Marketing and agency stakeholders.</li><li>
Oversee execution of campaigns, events, and promotions tied to measurable results.</li><li>
Participate in trade conferences and industry events, often including evenings and/or weekends and occasional international travel, to support commercial objectives and account growth.</li></ul>
Communication &amp; Collaboration (15%)<ul><li>
Partner cross‑functionally to align sales, marketing, and service execution</li><li>
Provide consistent feedback and insights to leadership on market conditions and competitive dynamic</li></ul>
Budget &amp; Resource Management (5%)<ul><li>
Manage assigned budgets responsibly, ensuring alignment to ROI and commercial priorities

Scope: This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and minimal day‑to‑day supervision, requiring strong planning, prioritization, and time‑management skills. The position is field‑based and involves regular travel, including participation in trade events, ship inspections, and agency engagements, some of which may occur on evenings or weekends. The role is responsible for managing multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously, leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to track activity, pipeline, and performance. Success is measured by sales results, account growth, and the ability to adapt to market conditions, competitive dynamics, and evolving commercial priorities.</li><li>
Problem solving: Applies sound judgment to resolve complex account, service, and commercial challenges. Balances customer needs with company objectives, identifying practical solutions that drive long‑term partnership value and revenue growth.</li><li>
Impact: Direct impact on regional and national sales performance, product penetration, and account retention. Decisions influence revenue outcomes, brand positioning within strategic partners, and Cunard&rsquo;s competitive standing in the Northeast market.</li><li>

Requirements:<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications preferred)</li><li>
Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience</li><li>
Preferred 5+ years B2B sales experience within the travel industry</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities:<ul><li>
Strong consultative selling and presentation skills (in‑person and virtual)</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)</li><li>
