<div><div>We are looking for an experienced Associate Director, Social Analytics to lead our analytics team and help clients turn complex data into meaningful business decisions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our analytics practice by developing talent, establishing scalable processes, and delivering strategic insights that drive client success and business growth. You will partner closely with Client Services and technical teams to build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for innovation, and ensure analytics You will report to the Head of Marketing Analytics.

This role is open to fully remote candidates in the United States. Travel will be required up to 5% to client sites.

<li>Own the performance, development, and operational success of the analytics team.

<li>Lead analytics operations, including resource planning, team prioritization, workload management, and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

<li>Monitor utilization, delivery quality, and profitability while partnering with leadership on staffing and growth planning.
</li>
<li>Establish scalable team processes, reporting cadences, and best practices that improve consistency, efficiency, and quality across the analytics function.

<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen collaboration and continuously improve how analytics supports the business.

</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Requirements</h3><ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field plus 9 years of relevant experience; at least 3 years of experienceleading a team</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated success leading analytics teams in an agency, consulting, or other fast-paced professional services environment.
</li>
<li>Familiarity with social listening tools
</li>
<li>Strong experience with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker and/or Tableau.
</li>
<li>Proven ability to communicate complex data through compelling storytelling and build trusted client relationships.
</li>
<li>Experience developing scalable analytics processes and driving continuous improvement.
</li>
<li>Healthcare agency or life sciences experience is preferred.
</li>

<div><div>We're looking for a Social Insight Analyst with real pharma or healthcare advertising experience to join our analytics team. You'll dig into social media performance, campaign effectiveness, and social listening insights to help shape strategy and improve outcomes for our healthcare and life sciences clients.

This isn't a role where you're learning the regulated landscape on the job, we need someone who already understands how therapeutic context, audience sensitivity, and brand nuance shape what the data actually means.

You'll report to the Head of Analytics and work closely with account, content, and strategy teams to make sure every campaign decision is backed by clear, credible insight.</div> 
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Responsibilities:</h3><div>

<li>Use social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, or Sprinklr to monitor online conversations and audience trends across healthcare and pharma audiences
</li>
<li>Analyze sentiment, audience behavior, content performance, and emerging trends to uncover insights that are actually actionable, not just observational
</li>
<li>Build and maintain clear, visually engaging dashboards for internal teams and client-facing stakeholders
</li>
<li>Translate data into strategic recommendations that improve targeting, messaging, channel effectiveness, and campaign performance
</li>
<li>Partner with account managers, content creators, and strategy teams to support data-driven decision-making throughout campaign planning and execution
</li>
<li>Research emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and audience behavior specific to healthcare and pharma to inform client strategy
</li>
<li>Support reporting deliverables across channels, understanding data structure, tagging, measurement strategy, and reporting requirements
</li>
<li>Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all analytics deliverables
</li>
<li>Gather, process, and interpret data from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels
</li>
<li>Develop regular and ad hoc reports evaluating campaign performance against KPIs
</li>

<li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising sector, agency-side pharma experience strongly preferred

<li>Experience analyzing performance across social media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram
