Analyze and synthesize customer data:</b> Integrate multiple data sources, identify patterns, uncover root causes, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.</li><li><b>
Create compelling stories:</b> Turn complex findings into clear, persuasive narratives and visualizations that bring the customer experience to life for stakeholders.</li><li><b>
Communicate with impact:</b> Deliver insights through engaging presentations, reports, and storytelling that influence conversations and drive alignment.</li><li><b>
Lead projects and partnerships:</b> Manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, anticipate risks, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.</li><li><b>
Enable strategic decision-making:</b> Apply strong analytical skills, intuition, and creativity to refine insights and guide business strategies.</li><li><b>

Who You Are:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in Customer Experience (CX), with a focus on VoC analytics and feedback management.</li><li>
2+ years of hands-on experience with Qualtrics (Engage and Discover modules preferred).</li><li>
Current Qualtrics certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).</li><li>
Skilled in project and stakeholder management, with a track record of delivering initiatives on time.</li><li>
Proficient in synthesizing diverse data sources, creating impactful visualizations, and delivering insights through compelling storytelling.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. We&rsquo;re looking for an Analyst to join our Real Estate Equity Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will provide support to the U.S. Property Portfolio Team through performance analysis, reporting, modeling and data-driven insights to help inform investment and strategy level decisions. In addition, you will assist portfolio managers with client and consultant engagement by providing data-oriented insights and participation in external communication.</div><br>

Portfolio Management: Develop knowledge of the assets within the portfolio, the strategy, and the broader real estate asset class.</li><li>
Reporting/Analytics: Prepare recurring portfolio, financial reports and presentations under guidance from senior staff. Assist in providing analytical insights on portfolio diversification, operating data, performance returns, attribution, and other asset/portfolio metrics. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of a diverse range of reporting deliverables. Support ad hoc analyses and projects as requested.</li><li>

Who You Are:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in finance, business or related field. Emphasis in real estate preferred.</li><li>
Working knowledge of commercial real estate modeling techniques including ARGUS is preferred. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; experience with modeling software/analysis tools is preferred.</li><li>
Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>
Success in this position requires attention to detail, a strong quantitative financial background and the ability to make effective decisions.</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a deadline driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
