The Client Services Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching laboratory services while delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Client Services Duties</b></div><ul><li>
Respond promptly to new account inquiries and accurately enter information into designated systems (LIS, LabDaq, LabNexus, Phlebio, Sugar, Freshdesk, Clinic, NPI).</li><li>
Take ownership of all inquiries, utilizing available resources to provide timely resolutions.</li><li>
Maintain thorough knowledge of internal systems, processes, and workflows related to the collection and processing of patient lab samples.</li><li>
Maintain and update the critical call list.</li><li>
Handle STAT call intake with urgency and accuracy.</li><li>
Assist other departments (Laboratory, Sales, Corporate) with various tasks as needed.</li><li>
Perform daily administrative reporting tasks and assist with internal projects as assigned.</li><li>
Perform other client services duties as assigned by the manager.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Laboratory Dispatch Duties</b></div><ul><li>
Ensure all orders are properly dispatched, completed, and processed in accordance with policies and procedures.</li><li>
Review, organize, and distribute orders based on coverage areas, effectively utilizing on-duty phlebotomists.</li><li>
Track and follow up on all assignments dispatched during the shift.</li><li>
Collaborate with Phlebotomy Management, Laboratory, and Courier services to ensure order completion.</li><li>
Document issues that occur throughout the shift and escalate as necessary.</li><li>
Investigate and troubleshoot unexpected problems, providing immediate resolution when possible.</li><li>
Communicate customer concerns or potential issues to the sales team and phlebotomy managers with recommendations for resolution.</li><li>
Serve as a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable representative of PHS laboratory services.</li><li>
Perform other dispatcher duties as assigned by the manager.</li></ul><div></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><br>
REQUIREMENTS</h1><ul><li>
High School diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of experience as a laboratory dispatcher.</li><li>
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong ability to analyze customer and technician locations to optimize routing and meet service-level commitments.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Ability to handle high volumes of telephone calls and coordinate with multiple departments.</li><li>
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to independently resolve problems.</li><li>
Proven ability to communicate professionally via phone, email, and written documentation.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly.</li><li>

Position Summary</b></p><p>
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will deliver high-quality, patient-centered pain management services across skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), long-term acute care hospitals (LTACs), and clinic locations. This role includes routine patient rounding in post-acute settings, providing provider coverage during PTO/leave, and performing specialized &ldquo;Greenlight&rdquo; visits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization of patient care plans before procedures or medication coordination.</p><p>
The APP will collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, facility teams, and administrative teams to ensure timely, compassionate, and compliant delivery of pain management services.</p><p><b>
Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></p><ul><li>
$150,000-$200,000/year or more! (variable compensation plan based on production.)</li><li>

Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>
Clinical Care &amp; Rounding</b></p><ul><li>
Conduct comprehensive patient rounding at designated SNF and LTAC facilities</li><li>
Perform thorough histories, physical exams, and pain assessments</li><li>
Develop and manage pain treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician</li><li>
Order/interpret diagnostic tests and adjust medications as appropriate</li><li>
Evaluate therapy response and document progress</li><li>
Provide palliative and chronic pain management services as clinically indicated</li></ul><p><b>
Greenlight Visit Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Complete pre-procedure or medication authorization readiness visits</li><li>
Ensure charts meet documentation standards for medical necessity</li><li>
Verify compliance with opioid and controlled substance regulations (including PMP checks)</li><li>
Confirm all required imaging, labs, and prior therapy documentation are in place</li><li>
Communicate findings efficiently with providers, authorization teams, and schedulers</li></ul><p><b>
Provider Coverage</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as coverage for scheduled PTO, CME leave, and occasional unplanned provider absences</li><li>
Ability to work across multiple clinic locations as assigned</li><li>
Maintain flexible availability to support business continuity</li></ul><p><b>
Care Coordination &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>
Collaborate with SNF/LTAC interdisciplinary teams to optimize pain plans</li><li>
Communicate proactively with facility medical staff and families as needed</li><li>
Ensure documentation meets CMS, state regulatory, and practice standards</li><li>
Participate in quality assurance, compliance reviews, and risk-reduction protocols</li></ul><p><b>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Pain management, rounding/geriatrics experience required</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree or higher in Nursing (NP) or Physician Assistant Studies (PA)</li><li>
Current Texas licensure as NP or PA-C</li><li>
Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain)</li><li>
Board certification (PMHNP, FNP, AGACNP, or PA-C)</li><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to travel to multiple locations</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
