Note: Read JD &amp; applySales Executive (with Basic Admin Support) Commission-Based Role with Basic Salary Open to Female &amp; Male CandidatesWe are currently looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers a basic salary plus commission, where your earnings will directly reflect your sales performance. The candidate will also support basic administrative tasks as needed.Key Responsibilities:Sales:<ul><li>Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, phone calls, emails, and referrals</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients</li><li>Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery</li><li>May involve local travel for client visits</li><li>Earn commissions based on the sales you generate &mdash; the more you sell, the more you earn</li></ul>Administrative Support:<ul><li>Assist with preparing sales documents, quotations, and invoices</li><li>Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems</li><li>Perform data entry and support document handling and printing</li><li>Answer phone calls and handle general office inquiries</li><li>Liaise with other departments for processing and logistics</li><li>Support general clerical work as assigned</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and contribute to a team</li><li>Prior experience in sales or admin support is preferred</li><li>Willingness to travel locally for sales meetings, if required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
