About Us We&rsquo;re Printed Reef &mdash; a fast-growing aquarium product company based in Clarendon Hills, IL. We design, 3D print, and ship reef aquarium products to customers all over the country.We&rsquo;re a small, hands-on team (not corporate), and everything is made in-house. If you like working with your hands, being part of a growing brand, and seeing real products go out every day &mdash; you&rsquo;ll fit right in.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for someone to help with quality control, packing orders, and general workshop tasks.This is a hands-on role, not a desk job.You&rsquo;ll be working directly with products, making sure everything that goes out meets our standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Inspect 3D printed products for quality and consistency</li><li>Clean and prep parts before shipment</li><li>Pack customer orders accurately and efficiently</li><li>Assist with organizing inventory and workspace</li><li>Help set up and manage print jobs (we will teach you)</li><li>General workshop support tasks as needed</li></ul>Pay &amp; Schedule<ul><li>$17.50/hour</li><li>Part-time or full-time available</li><li>In-person (Clarendon Hills, IL)</li><li>Typical hours: between 10 AM &ndash; 5 PM weekdays</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Detail-oriented (this is HUGE for quality control)</li><li>Reliable and shows up on time</li><li>Comfortable doing hands-on / physical work</li><li>Willing to learn and take direction</li><li>Positive attitude and easy to work with</li></ul>Bonus (not required):<ul><li>Experience with aquariums or fish tanks</li><li>Experience in a workshop, warehouse, or production environment</li></ul>Why This Job Is Different<ul><li>You&rsquo;re working directly with the owners (no corporate BS)</li><li>You&rsquo;ll see products go from idea &rarr; to customer</li><li>Laid-back but focused environment</li><li>Opportunity to grow with the company</li></ul>Pay: From $17.50 per hourWork Location: In person
