Your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Human Resources Management:</li><li>Lead recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring alignment with company values and a focus on customer-centric service.</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations, fostering an inclusive, positive work environment that drives unparalleled service.</li><li>Oversee performance reviews, coaching, and employee development programs to support staff who deliver unparalleled customer experiences.</li><li>Manage workers' compensation claims, leave programs (including FMLA, ADA), and maintain confidential records.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company&rsquo;s mission of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.</li><li>Chief of Staff Responsibilities:</li><li>Support strategic planning and assist the CEO in implementing initiatives that align with our &ldquo;Why&rdquo; and drive delivering an &quot;Unparalleled Customer Experience.&quot;</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional projects and monitor progress toward company goals that enhance customer experience and business growth.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring consistent communication and alignment across teams in pursuit of service excellence.</li><li>Facilitate the preparation of leadership meetings, tracking action items, and following up with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Improve operational processes and create efficiencies that support the growth of the business and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>What You Bring:<ul><li>5+ years of experience in Human Resources management, project management, or a similar role.</li><li>Proven leadership abilities, with strong communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related Human Resource related certifications.</li><li>Experience with HR systems, compliance tracking, and data analysis tools.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and act as a trusted advisor to the CEO.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Job Type: Full-time, in-person role.</li><li>Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus up to 15% performance-based bonus program.</li><li>Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for projects.</li><li>Benefits:</li><li>Health &amp; Dental Insurance.</li><li>Simple IRA with company match.</li><li>Health Savings Account</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Employee Discounts</li><li>Paid holidays and PTO.</li><li>Access to onsite fitness facilities.</li><li>Opportunities for career development and growth within a dynamic industry leader.</li></ul>Be Part of Our Vision and &ldquo;Why&rdquo;Join us at PrintingCenterUSA, where we don&rsquo;t just meet expectations&mdash;we redefine them.
