Location: Pelham, AL &mdash; On-site, Part-Time (No Remote / No Freelance)
Overview
PrintsWell is a family-owned stationery printing company serving designers nationwide. We&rsquo;re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Content Coordinator to support our growing marketing department. This is a part-time, in-office role with long-term growth potential for the right candidate.
This is not a freelance or remote position. We work collaboratively, in-person, and this role plays an active part in learning the business, designing stationery, styling flat lays, and producing photo/video content that reflects our brand aesthetic.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
This role blends design, photography, videography, and brand marketing. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for creating the visual storytelling that appears on our website, social channels, and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Create and edit short-form video content (primarily using iPhone) for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts</li>
<li>Edit and produce polished final video assets, incorporating graphics, sound, and effects using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Loom, or similar</li>
<li>Design branded graphics and visual elements that enhance storytelling</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing lead to ideate and execute content aligned with brand strategy and seasonal campaigns</li>
<li>Design stationery products such as invitations, notecards, and stickers for use in digital content across social, email, and web</li>
<li>Organize and maintain a well-labeled library of video and multimedia assets for reuse and future projects</li>
<li>Stay on top of platform trends, features, and best practices</li>
<li>Style and photograph flat-lay product scenes that reflect the PrintsWell aesthetic
</li></ul>This is a collaborative, hands-on role where you&rsquo;ll learn the business, understand our customer base, and help elevate the PrintsWell brand visually across channels.
Required Skills &amp; Experience
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related creative field preferred</li>
<li>Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).</li>
<li>Experience capturing and editing short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts style).</li>
<li>Strong eye for styling &mdash; particularly for product flat lays.</li>
<li>Photography + basic photo editing skills.</li>
<li>Ability to design cohesive visual assets aligned with existing brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and file management habits.</li>
<li>Ability to work in-person in Pelham, AL, 3 days/week.</li>
<li>Genuine interest in stationery, paper goods, weddings, or art.</li></ul></div>
