About the Role:</b></div><div>
The Business Development Representative role plays a key part in driving pipeline growth by</div><div>
identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers within the property management and real estate space. The position requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset, offering the opportunity to directly impact revenue generation and business expansion.</div><p></p><div><br>
You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build awareness, generate interest, and create qualified opportunities that fuel the sales pipeline.</div><p></p><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Research and identify prospective customers in the real estate and property management space.</div></li><li><div>
Outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage decision-makers and influencers.</div></li><li><div>
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and hand off to Sales Executives.</div></li><li><div>
Schedule discovery calls and demos to move prospects through the pipeline.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaigns.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate records in our CRM, HubSpot.</div></li><li><div>
Contribute to refining outreach strategies and sales processes.</div></li></ul><p></p><div><b><br>

Candidate Requirements:</b></div><p></p><div><b><br>
Required</b></div><ul><li><div>
0&ndash;3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (experience preferred but not required).</div></li><li><div>
Strong verbal and written communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrated ability to persuade, influence, and engage potential customers.</div></li><li><div>
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and prospecting activities.</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency with CRM tools and basic sales technologies.</div></li><li><div>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</div></li><li><div>
