About the Role:
We are seeking a Launch Trainer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will guide new dealers through the onboarding process and ensure they are fully prepared to utilize our platform&rsquo;s tools and features. Ideal candidates are career-minded professionals with strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven capacity for problem-solving.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Launch Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new dealers.</li><li>
Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions focused on platform features, best practices, and tools to maximize dealer success.</li><li>
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any concerns raised during the launch phase, coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.</li><li>
Dealer Engagement: Maintain regular communication with dealers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.</li><li>
Proactive: Able to anticipate and address challenges before they escalate.</li><li>
Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adjusting strategies as needed.</li><li>
Positive Attitude: Maintains an optimistic outlook, even when faced with obstacles.</li><li>
Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of the launch process.</li></ul> 
What Success Looks Like:
Success as a Launch Trainer means you&rsquo;re not just delivering training &mdash; you&rsquo;re ensuring that new product, system, or process launches are understood, adopted, and executed smoothly across teams.<ul><li>
You understand the product or process inside and out &mdash; not just what to teach but why it matters.</li><li>
You clearly communicate complex concepts in simple, actionable terms.</li><li>
You act as a bridge between product, operations, and end users to ensure alignment and understanding.</li><li>
Continuously refine content based on feedback and launch outcomes.</li><li>
Identify learning gaps early and proactively address them.</li></ul> 
Candidate Requirements:<ul><li>
Travel: Willingness to travel 75&ndash;90% of the time (approximately 15&ndash;20 days per month).</li><li>
High School Diploma and Industry Experience: Minimum of 2 years working in an automotive/dealership environment.</li><li>
Communication: Exceptional speaking and presentation skills.</li><li>
Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.</li><li>
Team Player: Proven collaborative skills for working within cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Problem-Solving: Track record of quickly identifying and resolving issues in changing conditions.</li><li>
Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing a positive experience for dealers throughout the onboarding process.</li><li>
Tech Savvy: Proficient with various software applications; experience with ecommerce platforms is a plus.</li></ul>

Compensation and Benefits: 
Compensation range: $70,000-$75,000
