We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee all financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of financial regulations, and a proven track record of managing teams and improving financial processes.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis:</li><li>Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide insights to senior management.</li><li>Accounting Operations Management:</li><li>Supervising and managing all accounting operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), General Ledger (GL), Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.</li><li>Overseeing payroll processing and related compliances.</li><li>Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.</li><li>Streamlining and improving accounting systems, processes, and operations for efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Cash Flow &amp; Working Capital Management:</li><li>Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.</li><li>Optimize working capital through efficient management of receivables, payables, and inventory.</li><li>Internal Controls &amp; Compliance:</li><li>Developing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets, ensure data integrity, and prevent fraud.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings (e.g., GST, income tax, TDS).</li><li>Managing and coordinating internal and external audit processes, acting as the primary liaison with auditors.</li><li>Researching and resolving technical accounting issues.</li><li>Team Management:</li><li>Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.</li><li>Oversee payroll, AP/AR, general ledger, and statutory filings.</li><li>Strategic Support:</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to support business decision-making.</li><li>Evaluate financial viability of projects, investments, and cost-saving initiatives.</li><li>Budgeting &amp; Forecasting:</li><li>Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts.</li><li>Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;588,355.43 - &#8377;1,098,856.48 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your CTC and ECTC?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
