 Clinical Supervision:
 
 Monitor resident health, supervise LPNs and CNAs, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Advanced Care Planning:
 
 Develop, implement, and oversee individualized long‑term care plans
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Medication Management:
 
 Administer and monitor complex medication regimens, including enteral/parenteral therapies, narcotics oversight, and adverse reaction monitoring
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Physician &amp; Family Liaison:
 
 Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for physicians and families, providing clear communication and follow‑up
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Expert Documentation:
 
 Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation, including assessments, physician orders, and progress notes
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Emergency Leadership:
 
 Direct and administer life‑saving interventions and CPR during emergency situations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 ✅ Graduate of an accredited
 
 RN School of Nursing
 
 (BSN preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 ✅
 
 Current, valid Arizona RN license
 
 </li>
 <li>
 ✅
 
 Active CPR certification
 
 </li>
 <li>
 ✅
 
 6+ months of long‑term care experience
 
 preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 ✅ Strong knowledge of
 
 HIPAA
 
 , exceptional organizational skills, and a collaborative, team‑first mindset
 </li>
