We focus on design innovation, technical excellence, and delivering high-quality visual presentations to our clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Quotation &amp; Documentation:</li><li>Prepare and send quotations to clients based on project requirements.</li><li>Maintain and update quotation records, follow up with clients for approvals.</li><li>Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure accurate pricing and technical details.</li><li>Assist in preparing tender documents, proposals, and purchase orders Client &amp; Vendor Coordination:</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients for document collection and updates.</li><li>Follow up with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.</li><li>Maintain a vendor database and support in procurement activities.
