Key Skills Needed:<ul><li>Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CorelDRAW, Figma.</li><li>Concepts: Typography, Composition, Branding, Visual Design, Layout.</li><li>Trends: Staying updated with current design trends and best practices.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.</li><li>Experience in digital content creation (social media, video thumbnails).</li><li>Ability to create production-ready files.</li></ul>Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Conceptualize &amp; Design: Develop visual ideas for various projects, from logos and branding to digital ads, websites, and print materials.</li><li>Create Visuals: Produce finished artwork using software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), selecting typography, colors, images, and layouts.</li><li>Collaborate: Work with clients, marketing, sales, and creative directors to define project scope, understand goals, and align visuals with messaging.</li><li>Present &amp; Revise: Present drafts, get feedback, and make revisions to ensure designs meet objectives and brand standards.</li><li>Manage Projects: Handle multiple projects, manage time, meet deadlines, and prepare files for different mediums (print, web).</li></ul>Key Tasks<ul><li>Study design briefs and research relevant information.</li><li>Illustrate concepts with rough drafts.</li><li>Prepare final files for production (print-ready or digital).</li><li>Maintain and update brand guidelines and assets.</li><li>Stay updated on design trends and software.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
