Job Title: DraftsmanLocation: RAK Job Type: Full-Time Department: Engineering ConstructionJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to create technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by engineers, architects, or project managers. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in CAD software and a strong understanding of design and construction principles.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software.</li><li>Convert rough sketches and specifications into accurate technical drawings.</li><li>Revise drawings based on feedback or changes in project requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure designs meet requirements.</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with industry and company standards.</li><li>Maintain drawing files and document control procedures.</li><li>Conduct field/site visits when necessary for measurement or clarification.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.</li><li>Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Understanding of engineering or architectural principles.</li><li>Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in [industry-specific area, e.g., MEP, civil, architectural, structural].</li><li>Knowledge of 3D modelling software.</li><li>Familiarity with local building codes and standards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
